Steve Fritz

As Chief Operating Officer, Steve Fritz serves on the executive leadership team as a partner defining and developing the strategic direction for the company. His areas of responsibility include Apartment Living, Construction, as well as his continued direct oversight of HHHunt Homes.

Joining HHHunt in 2015 as Division Manager of their Raleigh Homes operation, Fritz was promoted to President of HHHunt Homes in 2017. He is an experienced and highly reputable leader in the homebuilding industry and has held the role of president on divisional and regional levels with several of the largest publicly-traded homebuilders in the country.

Fritz holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Maryland. During his career, he has led the land acquisition, entitlement, land development, sales and construction of traditional, resort, age-qualified and multifamily products. Their Homes division has grown tremendously under his leadership and they are fortunate to be able to utilize his talents on a broader scale.
