Robert Smith

Robert Smith, PE, LEED AP, is an experienced professional in construction management with a career spanning over four decades. Since October 2004, Robert has served as Vice President at HHI Corporation, where responsibilities include construction management, contract administration, proposal preparation, negotiation, safety direction, and quality control, with a specialization in LEED AP BD+C. Prior to this role, Robert worked for the US Army Corps of Engineers from 1971 to 1996 as an Area Engineer, focusing on contract and quality assurance management, and serving as Chief of the Chemical Weapons Disposal Office in Moscow and Resident Engineer for the Tooele Chemical Weapons Destruction Office. Robert holds both a Bachelor of Science and Master of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Utah and has further education from the U.S. Naval War College.
