Hung Luu

Hung Luu is a distinguished academic hematopathologist currently serving as a Professor of Pathology at UT Southwestern Medical Center since July 2010, with extensive clinical responsibilities in diagnostic evaluations. Luu also holds significant leadership roles, including Director of Clinical Pathology at Children's Medical Center, where medical leadership is provided for clinical pathology and laboratory services, and has been involved with multiple advisory committees under the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. Luu's educational background includes an MD from Oregon Health & Science University and a PharmD from Drake University. Previous experience includes fellowships and residency training in hematopathology and pathology, respectively, alongside roles in clinical laboratories at various healthcare institutions.
