Michael Felberbaum

Mr. Felberbaum is the Acting Assistant Commissioner for Media Affairs in the Office of Media Affairs, advising leadership and the press team and executing on the FDA’s cross-cutting communications priorities and strategy. He joined OMA as a Press Officer in April 2015 after nearly 12 years with the Associated Press and led the FDA’s communications on high-profile topics.

He holds bachelor’s degrees in Journalism and Political Science from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
