Melvin Reed has a strong background in quality assurance and testing, with experience in various industries and projects. Melvin is currently working as a Senior Test Engineer at HHS Technology Group, where they are responsible for testing web-based applications and verifying MongoDB test data. Prior to this, Melvin worked as a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer at HHS Technology Group, where they provided testing support for the Provider Enrollment, Screening and Monitoring project for the State of Wyoming. Melvin has also worked as a Senior Quality Assurance Analyst at Jobspring Partners, where they designed and executed test cases for the Venue Gaming System Internationalization project. Melvin's previous experience includes roles at The Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation (DTCC), DISYS, Celerity, Analysts International Corporation (AIC), Hotels.com, and Valtech, where they gained expertise in testing various web-based applications and platforms. Melvin has experience in creating and executing test cases, reporting and validating defects, and participating in daily project meetings. Melvin is skilled in using tools such as ALM, JIRA, and TestRail for test management and defect tracking.

Melvin Reed holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Information Systems. Additionally, they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Systems Management. In 2008, they received the ISTQB-Certified Tester, Foundation Level certification from the ASTQB - Official Page - American Software Testing Qualifications Board.
