Shannon Steck

Shannon Steck is a people-first leader currently serving as the Vice President of Marketing & Communications at HHS, LLC, where they oversee a centralized marketing department and lead a team of nine professionals. Throughout their career, Shannon has developed and implemented innovative marketing strategies, significantly increasing employee engagement and community outreach. They earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Texas A&M University and have held various leadership roles, including Director of Marketing at Kyle ER and Marketing Communications Specialist at HHS. Shannon is dedicated to fostering high-morale teams and improving internal communications while actively managing stakeholder relationships.
