Eugene Karaulov

Eugene Karaulov has a diverse work experience in the field of software development and speech recognition. Eugene started their career as a Software Engineer at Radmir Company in 2003. In 2007, they joined Envion Software as a Software Developer and worked there until 2015.

In 2015, Eugene joined SciForce as a Sound Analysis Engineer, where they gained experience in automatic speech recognition and speech analysis using various Python frameworks. Eugene also worked on speech processing backend development using C++, RabbitMQ, and Redis. Additionally, they developed and trained Computer Vision and NLP models.

In 2019, Eugene moved to Voiceitt as a Speech Recognition Researcher, while still being employed by SciForce. Here, they focused on dysarthric speech recognition and continuous ASR, as well as spoken commands recognition.

In 2022, Eugene founded USpeech SAS, where they assumed the role of Founder.

Finally, in 2023, Eugene started working as a Senior Research Engineer at Hi Auto through SciForce.

Eugene Karaulov pursued their education from 2000 to 2005 at Kharkiv National University of Radioelectronics. During this time, they completed their Master's degree with honor in Applied Mathematics.
