Kathleen Moore

Kathleen Moore currently serves as Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) at Abrazo West Campus since June 2024, following a tenure as Chief Operating Officer (COO) and CNO at Hi Desert Medical Center from November 2021 to June 2024. Prior experience includes the role of Associate Chief Nursing Officer (ACNO) at Desert Regional Medical Center from September 2020 to November 2021 and various leadership positions at Phoenix Children's Hospital and Hennepin County Medical Center. Kathleen Moore's extensive nursing career began as a staff nurse and evolved through positions such as Nurse Manager and Clinical Director. Academic credentials include a Master of Science in Nursing with a focus on Leadership and Management and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Metro State University, along with an Associate Degree in Nursing from the College of St. Catherines/St. Mary's Campus. Currently, Kathleen Moore is pursuing further education at the University of California, Davis, in the Graduate School of Management.
