Jeff Boos

Jeff Boos is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in brokerage operations, market expansion, and transaction management. Currently serving as Director of Brokerage Operations & Expansion at Side since July 2021, Jeff leads national teams focused on transaction compliance and strategic initiatives while overseeing significant market growth from 3 to 18 states. Prior to this, Jeff held senior roles at Compass, including Head of Transaction Operations for the West Region, where responsibilities included managing over 250 personnel and dramatically increasing revenue. Jeff's diverse career spans positions at AECOM, Parsons, Pandora, and Apple, complemented by active engagement as a board member at 826LA and advisory council member for Assessor Jeff Prang. Jeff holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in International Business and Marketing from Loyola Marymount University.
