Bill Breslin

Bill Breslin has more than 40 years of management experience in personal and commercial claim operations. He is currently President of Buckle TPA. He is also the Founder of Wenonah Consulting. Bill specializes in delivering service, expense and loss management across the insurance industry. He is a board member of Insurance Auto Auctions, Classic Collision and Insights Services Group and has also served on the Boards of: Enservio, Pronto Insurance, ABRA Auto Body & Glass. Bill has been Senior Vice President of Claims for USAA, GE Financial Assurance and Prudential. He also served as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of TriServe Alliance established by seven Blue Cross companies to service 2.9 million customers in nine southern states.
