Carter Bish

Carter Bish is an experienced onboarding and customer support professional with a strong background in training and user education. Currently serving as an Onboarding Specialist at Hi Marley since June 2022, Carter has produced 29 educational videos for over 6,000 users, led significant improvements in customer satisfaction metrics, and designed numerous in-app guides and articles. Previous roles include Associate Onboarding Specialist at Hi Marley and Customer Support Specialist at Plymouth Rock Assurance, where Carter maintained a 95% customer satisfaction rating. Carter holds a B.A. in Music with a minor in Communication Arts from Gordon College.
