Kala Austin

Kala Austin is a skilled 2D artist with extensive experience in the gaming and illustration industries. Currently employed at Hi-Rez Studios since June 2013, Kala specializes in various areas including God Card illustrations, character and environment concepts, extensive UI work, and e-sports graphics. Additionally, Kala has been a freelance concept artist and illustrator since January 2009, focusing on digital painting and design. Past roles include contracted artist positions at Thrust Interactive and Trinity Animation, as well as an internship at Humoring The Fates. Kala's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Computer Animation from Full Sail University and a high school diploma from Lee's Summit Academy.
