Nik Howlett

Nik Howlett is a Machine Learning Engineer at Hi-Rez Studios since August 2017, specializing in algorithm development and performance optimization for various gaming applications, including Realm Royale and SMITE. Prior experience includes roles as an Associate Software Engineer at Capital One, where Nik deployed a data-driven web application and conducted machine learning analyses to predict mobile app usage trends. Early career experience features an internship developing a mobile app for UCB Pharmaceutical, as well as a research internship aimed at enhancing candidate sourcing in technical recruitment. Nik holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from the Georgia Institute of Technology, completed in 2017.
