Mr. Tam, is an Independent Non-Executive Director of the Company. He graduated from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University with a bachelor of arts degree in accountancy. Mr. Tam is a member of Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants and a member of Chartered Financial Analyst and has over 29 years' experience in auditing, corporate advisory services as well as financial management and compliance work. Mr. Tam is currently an executive director of Beijing Enterprises Holdings Limited (a major red chip company) and an independent non-executive director of KWG Property Holding Limited, both of which are listed on the Main Board of the Stock Exchange. He joined the Group in 2004.

Electronic Power Meters and Solutions segment is engaged in the manufacture and sales of electronic power meters and data collection terminals, as well as the provision of information system consultancy services. Telecommunication Solutions segment provides telecommunication platform operation services and operation value-added services.
