In 2021, they began working as a Human Resources Manager for Cyberuptive and a Human Resources Project Manager for HI Tech Hui, LLC. From 2018 to 2021, they were a Freelance Certified IMA Makeup Artist for Blissful Beauty Wanderlust. From 2018 to 2016, they held various roles at TeraVault Capital, including Co-Founder, Co-Founder, and Project Manager. From 2016 to 2014, they were the Director and Project Co-ordinator for TeraVault Software. From 2014 to 2013, they were a Project Co-ordination and Project Management for The Source. From 2013 to 2010, they held roles as a Project Management Analyst for OrderDynamics and a Project Consultant and Consultant for Bagna Networks Inc. From 2012 to 2010, they were a Project Control Officer for TD and a Project Co-ordinator for OrderDynamics Corporation.

Carm F. began their educational journey in 1987 when they attended Central Tech and obtained their OSSD & OAC (Ontario Secondary School Diploma & Ontario Academic Credits). In 1993 and 1994, they attended Ryerson University and studied Human Resources Management and Services. In 1999, they attended Fred Pryor Seminars and earned a Finance & Accounting for Non-Financial Managers certification in HR Payroll. In 2001, they attended Ryerson University again and obtained a degree in Organizational Behaviour and a certificate in Carswell Payroll Administration from Thomson Canada. From 2013 to 2015, they attended PSI Seminars and earned a Graduate of all 3 Levels certification in Personal Development. In 2018, they attended London Makeup School and The London School of Makeup and earned a Bridal Makeup Certificate and a Makeup Artist Certificate, respectively. Finally, in 2019, they attended the Academy of Freelance Makeup and earned a Professional Airbrush Makeup certification in Beauty.
