David A. Foglia

David A. Foglia has extensive experience in nuclear power plant maintenance, currently serving as a Refueling Technician, Refueling Shift Supervisor, and Refueling Advanced Project Manager with Hi Tech Solutions since August 2022. Prior to this role, David was the Refueling Project Manager for eight outages at Prairie Island U’s 1 & 2. David's career spans over three decades at Westinghouse Electric Company, from July 1984 to July 2022, where responsibilities included serving as an L4 Field Service Technician and Shift Supervisor, focusing on equipment turnaround and supporting FOK testing and training. Educational qualifications include an Associate's Degree in Applied Science from Penn Technical Institute and a High School Diploma from Mon Valley Catholic High School.
