Chang Su is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in talent management and program direction. Currently serving as a Senior Global Talent Manager at Hi-Tech Talents since 2019, Chang previously held key positions including Account Director/Program Manager at Wicresoft from 2010 to 2018, and Program Manager at Microsoft from 2008 to 2010, specializing in Windows Phone initiatives. The career began at AT&T Mobility, where Chang worked as a Development Lead from 1999 to 2008.
