Kai Landy possesses a robust background in technology and operations management, currently serving as a Tech Helper at Hi! Tech since March 2022. Previously, Kai was the ITS Resource Manager Level III at Manhattan College, overseeing technology issues and team training within the ITS Operations department from January 2018 to December 2020. Additional experience includes roles as a Purchasing/IT Intern at RBC Aircraft Products Inc. and a Game Day Intern with the New York Empire, where responsibilities ranged from purchasing support to event management. Earlier experience as an Information Technology Specialist at Litchfield Public Schools involved imaging over 400 devices.
