Ben Mader has extensive experience in human resources across various organizations, currently serving as HR Field Support at Hi-Way Paving, Inc. since July 2023. Prior roles include Human Resources Director at Concord Hospitality Enterprises, Area Director of Human Resources at HRI Lodging, and Human Resources Generalist at big Burrito Restaurant Group. Ben's background also includes positions at InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG®) and YMCA of South Palm Beach County, as well as a supervisory role at Hospitality Ventures Management Group. Ben holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Human Resources Management from Nova Southeastern University and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with focuses in Marketing and Business Management from Slippery Rock University of Pennsylvania.
