Lars Elsmark

Lars Elsmark is a seasoned professional in the field of technology and innovation, currently serving as Senior Manager - Head of Electrification at Hiab since February 2024. Previously, Lars held key positions at ASSA ABLOY Group from February 2014 to July 2023, including VP & Head of Pre-Product Innovation & IPR, where responsibilities encompassed developing technology strategies and leading innovation efforts. Lars also established and directed a multi-disciplinary department focused on digital solutions in collaboration with various stakeholders. Prior experience includes a significant tenure at Atlas Copco from March 2000 to February 2014, where roles ranged from Program Manager to R&D Manager, overseeing various projects related to electrical tightening tools. Lars holds an M.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from Linköping University and continues to pursue executive education at Aalto University and the Stockholm School of Economics.
