Sinai Penalver MSN, BSN, RN, has extensive nursing experience, currently serving as the Director of Nursing for Medical-Surgical, Telemetry, and Orthopedic-Spine Units at Hialeah Hospital since June 2008. In this role, Sinai Penalver oversees the ACE Unit and Observation Unit, as well as directing the Bariatric Program. Prior to this position, Sinai Penalver worked as a Charge Nurse and Nursing Supervisor in various hospital settings. Additional experience includes serving as a Charge Nurse Relief at Memorial Healthcare System from 2016 to 2018 and as a Nursing Supervisor at Signature HealthCARE from 2008 to 2018, focusing on skilled nursing care and long-term care facilities.
