Caley Donovan is a dedicated advocate for refugees, immigrants, and parolees, currently serving as Program Manager for Virtual Resettlement at HIAS since 2024. They previously held the role of Refugee Site Supervisor at Bethany Christian Services and worked as a Refugee Caseworker with Jewish Family and Community Services of Pittsburgh. Caley also contributed as an Americorps Vista with Catholic Charities, where they designed and launched programs to support vulnerable populations. They earned a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and Affairs from The George Washington University and are currently pursuing a Master of Arts in International Migration and Refugees at Georgetown University.
