Rich Kluth

Rich Kluth currently serves as Managing Director and Director of Physical Facilities at Hiawatha National Bank, a position held since February 2020. Previously, Rich held various roles at Kohler Co. from March 1993 to February 2020, including Manager of Riverbend Rooms and Hall Ambassador, where responsibilities encompassed hiring, training, and budget management, as well as overseeing front-of-house associates and event execution. Additionally, Rich worked as a Supervisor of Guest Services at The American Club from March 1993 to August 2001. Rich is pursuing education at the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay, starting in 2014.
