Michelle Monerson

Dr. Monerson received her Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from the Minnesota School of Professional Psychology at Argosy University and a Bachelor of Science from the University of North Dakota. She has been licensed as a Psychologist by the Minnesota Board of Psychology since 2012. Dr. Monerson’ s clinical background includes a range of outpatient experiences in community mental health settings. She is particularly interested in trauma, mood disorders, personality disorders, and identity development. She works with individuals aged 18+ and is eclectic in her treatment approach, though tends to utilize acceptance and commitment and psychodynamic techniques in her practice. She also specializes in EMDR in her work with trauma. Dr. Monerson provides clinical supervision and is an approved supervisor with MN BBHT and MN Board of Psychology.
