Edwina Governey

Edwina Governey is the interim Chief Investment Officer at Hibernia REIT. Edwina has over eight years of experience working in the real estate industry.

Edwina started their career as a Graduate at Anglo Irish Bank in September 2008. Edwina then worked as an Analyst at Mountgrange Investment Management LLP from November 2010 to May 2013. In May 2013, they joined Resolution Property as an Analyst and worked there until March 2014.

In April 2014, Edwina joined WKN REIT Management / HIBERNIA REIT PLC as an Analyst. Edwina worked there for two years until they were promoted to interim Chief Investment Officer in September 2016.

Edwina Governey has a professional membership with the Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland and has earned a MSc in Real Estate Economics and Finance from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE). Edwina also holds a BBLS in Business and Legal Studies from University College Dublin.

Edwina Governey works with Justin Dowling - Director of Property, Dan Boyd - Head of Occupier Services, and Gerard Doherty - Director of Development. Edwina Governey reports to Kevin Nowlan, Chief Executive Officer.
