Kevin Nowlan

Kevin Nowlan is the Chief Executive Officer at Hibernia REIT. Kevin has over 25 years of experience in the commercial property sector in Ireland. Kevin has a wealth of experience in all aspects of commercial property, including investment, development, leasing, and portfolio management.

Kevin started their career in 1992 as a Commercial Negotiator at DNG Commercial Property. Kevin then moved to Anglo Irish Bank in 1995, where they worked as an Assistant Manager for five years. In 2000, Kevin joined NAMA as a Senior Portfolio Manager, and they were promoted to Managing Director in 2013. Kevin left NAMA in 2014 to join WK Nowlan REIT Manco as Managing Director. Kevin was with WK Nowlan REIT Manco for two years before joining Hibernia REIT PLC in 2016. Kevin became the Chief Executive Officer of Hibernia REIT in 2017.

Kevin Nowlan has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Ulster Business School, an Estate Mangament degree from Ulster University, and a Diploma in Project Managment from Trinity College Dublin. Kevin also attended St Marys College in Rathmines.
