Alan Williamson

Alan Williamson is an accomplished technology executive currently serving as the Chief Technology Officer at HiBid Auctions since October 2024. With extensive experience in various leadership roles, Alan has made significant contributions across multiple organizations. As a founding partner and CTO of the MacLaurin Group, impactful work involved guiding clients in technology strategy and implementation. Previous experience includes serving as Partner in the Portfolio Operations Group at New Harbor Capital, Executive CTO roles at both Escalon Services, Inc. and Bloom Health Centers, and interim positions with Local Government Software and ParkerGale Capital. Alan also has a notable background as a Technology Fellow at Capital One and as CTO at Royall & Company, where leadership encompassed oversight of a large engineering team and modernization of technology infrastructure. Alan holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science with Digital Control from the University of Paisley.
