Ana Hinojosa

Ana Hinojosa is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales engineering and customer experience management. Currently a Sales Engineer at HiBob since September 2022, Ana combines technical expertise with customer-centric solutions to enhance business growth. Previously, Ana served as Global Director of Customer Experience at Roambee, focusing on customer lifecycle management and implementing automation strategies. Ana has a strong background in team leadership, having achieved over 95% CSAT as a Customer Experience Team Leader. Earlier roles include General Manager at Abaco, where significant expansion projects were executed, and Sr Sales Manager at Roambee, successfully penetrating new markets.
