Damien Wodak

Damien Wodak is an Australian businessman and Independent Director at Hibob. Damien has also held the position of Managing Director at SEEK Investments and Principal at Wodak Advisory.

Wodak began their career in 2009 as General Manager of Investment and Strategy at eircom Holdings Limited. Damien then moved to Ireland to take up the role of Principal at Wodak Advisory from December 2009 to July 2010. In July 2010, they joined The Boston Consulting Group (BCG) as a Project Leader.

During their time at BCG, Wodak was based in Melbourne and led the Principal Investors and Private Equity (PIPE) and Corporate Finance & Strategy practices in Australia & New Zealand. Damien was also a member of BCG's Telecommunications, Media and Technology (TMT) and Consumer Goods practice areas. In July 2020, they left BCG to take up the position of Managing Director Strategy & Portfolio Management at SEEK. Damien held this role until October 2021.

Damien Wodak's educational career includes a Bachelor of Arts from Monash University, a Bachelor of Business in Marketing from Monash University, and a Melbourne high school diploma. Damien also attended Caulfield grammar school.
