Jami Bencito

Jami Bencito is a Senior Product Designer currently at HiBob since November 2023, after serving as a Senior Product Designer at Namely from February 2020 to November 2023. At Namely, Jami collaborated with product managers on UX strategies, managed the design process from concept to launch, and fostered design team culture while mentoring junior designers. Previous experience includes roles as a UX/UI Designer and Jr. UX/UI/Digital Designer at Anthem Republic, where responsibilities included creating user flows, conducting usability tests, and presenting findings to clients. Jami holds a UX/UI Design degree from Designlab and a Behavioral Science degree focused on Dietetics and Clinical Nutrition Services from Middle Tennessee State University.
