Michelle Hecht

Michelle Hecht is an experienced sales enablement and training professional currently serving as the Global Sales Enablement Manager at HiBob since July 2023. Michelle is also a Founding Member of The Outlier Project, a private membership community focused on innovative Talent Strategy. Previously, Michelle held key roles at GWI as a Sales Trainer for North America and the UK, and founded Phoenix Factor Consulting, offering sales training and coaching during the pandemic. Additional experience includes a Sales Training Consultant position at The Sales Rebellion, leadership in the National Association of Women Sales Professionals, and various specialty sales roles at AMAG Pharmaceuticals, Perrigo Company, and Pfizer. Michelle holds a Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences from Hofstra University and completed Negotiation Mastery at Harvard Business School in 2020.
