Rotem Doron

Rotem Doron is a seasoned professional in sales enablement and training, currently serving as Senior Manager for Global Training & Sales Enablement at Silverfort since January 2024. In addition to this role, Rotem co-founded Enablement-IL in January 2022, a professional community aimed at fostering growth and networking among Sales Enablement leaders in Israel. Previous positions include Senior Manager of Global Revenue Enablement at CHEQ, and Global Sales Enablement Manager at Riskified, where Rotem also held the role of Sales Enablement Specialist for the EMEA and APAC regions. Early career experiences include account management and business development roles at myQuest and LATET - Israeli Humanitarian Aid, along with training and sales positions at Bull Digital. Rotem holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from the College of Law and Business, completed in 2017.
