Ofir Kedem

Ofir Kedem is a seasoned professional in data product management and business intelligence, currently serving as a Data Product Manager at HiBob since July 2023. Previously, Ofir Kedem held the position of Data Product Manager and Senior BI Analyst at the Israel Defense Forces from October 2017 to July 2023, where focus was placed on BI&A products for senior management in "People Analytics." Ofir Kedem demonstrated leadership as Product Team Lead for the "People" application, overseeing its development and expansion in a startup environment. Additionally, Ofir Kedem has a strong background in digital transformation of HR processes. Ofir Kedem earned a Master of Science in Data Science from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev (2019-2022) and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering and Management from the same institution (2013-2017).
