Shai Green

Shai Green is a seasoned professional in growth and media management, currently serving as the Director of Growth at HiBob since January 2023. Prior to this role, Shai held various positions at McCANN Tech from June 2018 to January 2023, including VP of Growth and Media Director. Shai’s experience at UM Worldwide from October 2013 to August 2017 involved managing a team for media planning and strategy focused on Hershey’s brands with a substantial annual budget. Earlier roles included Senior Media Planner and Media Planner at UM IL, where Shai led significant media strategies and account management. Shai's career began with project management positions at The Imagine Network and the Israel Defense Forces' Intelligence Directorate. Shai holds an MBA in Marketing from Bar Ilan University and a B.A. in Economics and Communications from Tel Aviv University.
