Sharon Argov

Sharon Argov is currently the VP Growth at Hibob. Prior to this, they served as the VP Service Partner at Amdocs from January 2014 to November 2019. In this role, they led large-scale IT transformations and operations in Europe and Africa, partnered with IT and business leaders to ensure delivery success and value realization, and provided prime SI services with full responsibility for the delivery and integration of a large number of vendors.

From January 2011 to December 2014, Sharon served as the VP Development at Amdocs. In this role, they led 3 global competency centers of around 1,500 software engineers responsible for design, development, integration, and implementation of Customer Management products and solutions. This included Customer Relationship Management (CRM) for call centers, Orders fulfillment and digital solutions for Retail and for consumers Self Service. Under their leadership, the team achieved significant improvements in performance, resulting in higher quality of service and cost structure. Sharon also achieved positive trends in overall knowledge level, expertise, and employees satisfaction surveys.

Sharon Argov received their Master of Business Administration from Northwestern and Tel Aviv University. Sharon also holds a B.Cs in Computer Science from Technion - Israel Institute of Technology.
