Bill Anckar

Bill Anckar has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Bill is currently serving as the Chairman of the Board at Nelson SaaS, a position they have held since September 2022. Prior to this, they were the COO and Co-founder at Hibox Systems Oy, a role they started in March 2018. In 2019, they became a Founding Partner at Anckar & Bergmann Ab.

Bill'sexperience also includes serving as the Chairman of the Board at Omena Hotels and Oy FinFive Ab, both of which they started in December 2015. From April 2007 to February 2018, they worked as the Director of Real Estate Assets at Stiftelsen för Åbo Akademi.

Earlier in their career, they were a Founding Partner at Hibox Systems Oy from 2005 to 2007. Bill also served as the CEO of Omena Hotels Ltd from 2003 to 2007. Prior to that, they worked as an Assistant Professor and Researcher at Åbo Akademi University from 1998 to 2003.

Bill Anckar attended Katedralskolan i Åbo for an unspecified amount of time. Following that, they enrolled at Åbo Akademi University from 1998 to 2002, where they obtained a D.Sc. (Econ.) degree in Management Information Systems, with a focus on Travel and Tourism.
