James Clark

James Clark is an experienced professional with a strong background in quality assurance and circulation management. Currently serving as the Associate Manager of Website Quality Assurance at Hibu since September 2008, James established a team focused on monitoring and improving website product quality and developed training strategies for customer service teams. Prior experience includes serving as Director of Circulation at Journal Register Corporation from March 2005 to September 2008, where James successfully managed circulation for multiple publications and implemented strategies to enhance customer engagement and circulation numbers. James holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer and Information Systems Security/Information Assurance from Strayer University and has additional education from Penn State University.
