Marty Althoff

Marty Althoff is an experienced executive in operations and customer service, currently serving as the VP of US Operations, Customer Service & Sales Support at hibu since February 2014. In this role, Marty leads a global workforce of over 2,000 and is responsible for the production of all hibu products, addressing customer issues, and supporting a sales team of over 3,000 representatives. Previously, Marty held the position of AVP of Client Services at hibu from February 2011 to February 2014, and held multiple roles at Yellowbook from April 1998 to February 2011, including AVP of Quality and Business Process Management, AVP of Publishing, Director of Production, and Director of Distribution Field Operations. Marty holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Coe College, earned between 1988 and 1992.
