Joel Wilson

Project Engineer at HICAPS, Inc.

Joel Wilson has extensive work experience in the field of building diagnostics and construction consulting. Joel began their career in 1997 as a Project Consultant at RV Buric Construction Consultants, Inc, where they conducted site investigations, issued expert reports, and managed repairs for over 500 commercial and residential structures. Joel also performed ASTM 1105 water testing and provided testimony for litigation cases. In 2007, Joel joined HICAPS, Inc. as a Project Engineer for the Building Diagnostics Division.
