Susan Harte

Susan Harte, Esq., MCR, currently serves as a member of the Board of Directors for the Sullivan County Land Bank Corporation and SusGlobal Energy Corp. Susan is the Principal at Hickey & Associates and White Lake Woods LLC, leading site selection and developing a multi-family residential project in Bethel, NY. Previously, Susan held the position of Director in location economics and incentives at CBRE and JLL, and served as Managing Director at Grant Thornton LLP. At Stadtmauer Bailkin LLP, Susan scaled the economic development practice significantly. Early career roles included Vice President of International Acquisitions at The Witkoff Group and Director of the Strategic Business Division at Empire State Development Corporation. Susan earned a Bachelor’s degree with a triple major cum laude from the University of Richmond and a Juris Doctor from George Mason School of Law and Economics.
