Mariquel is the Co-Founder and Co-CEO of HICKIES, a company they co-founded in 2011. In this role, Mariquel is responsible for the overall management, strategy, and direction of the company. Mariquel started their career as an Assistant in the Real Estate development department at Ernst & Young Argentina. Mariquel worked on various real estate development projects, including shopping centers, residences, hotels, and mixed-use projects in Argentina and Uruguay.
