Erin Tallent possesses extensive experience in human resources and office management, currently serving in these roles at Hickory Construction, Inc. since February 2021. Previously, Erin worked at Tri Star Sports and Entertainment as an HR Specialist and Culture Curator from August 2012 to March 2018, facilitating the recruitment and staffing processes that contributed to significant company growth. Erin also held positions as a Project Manager focused on client support, Assistant Manager managing business operations, and Clerk Runner/Administrative Assistant providing accounting and HR support at various organizations.
