Dave Brandon

Dave Brandon is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in banking and higher education. Currently serving as the Assistant Vice President and Trust Officer at Hickory Point Bank since June 2017, Dave oversees the administration of personal trusts, estates, and investment management, while also driving business development across the bank's services. Prior to this role, Dave was a Trust Officer in Trust and Wealth Management, focusing on developing fiduciary relationships and managing client accounts. With a strong background in alumni relations and development from Millikin University, where Dave held several positions including Vice-President, Dave led significant fundraising efforts, including major capital campaigns. Dave began a career in journalism at WCIA, establishing and leading the Decatur News Bureau. Dave Brandon holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Radio-Television from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale.
