Lauren McCalman

Lauren McCalman, MBA, currently serves as the Executive Director at Hickory Recovery Network, a position held since March 2025. Prior to this role, Lauren was the Regional Director of Physician Services at Willis Knighton Health and held various leadership positions at agilon health, Oak Street Health, and East Texas Treatment Center. Lauren's earlier experience includes financial and operational management roles at Whitsett Vision Group and Kickerillo Companies, along with office management and project management at Palmer Drug Abuse Program and Longview Community Ministries. Additionally, Lauren co-owned and managed Cook Food & Wine Market. Academically, Lauren is pursuing an Executive MBA in Health Care Administration at the University of Texas at Tyler, holding a Bachelor's in Business Management from LeTourneau University and an honors diploma from Longview High School.
