Nicole Marks

Nicole Marks has been with Hickory since October 2018 as the Senior Instructional Designer & Account Manager. Based in Boston, Nicole works with our customers around the world. She aims to provide them with personalized care, valuing all feedback and engagement she has with our Hickory partners. As an instructional designer, Nicole also helps create innovative and engaging learning, providing users with the tools for success. When not working to help make Hickory the very best it can be for our customers, Nicole is also a musician and avid knitter.
