Ben Rushworth

Ben Rushworth has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, with a focus on operations management. Ben is currently the Operations Director at Hickorys Smokehouse since June 2022. Prior to this, they held the same position at Bill's Restaurants from November 2021 to June 2022, and at ALBERT BARTLETT from August 2020 to November 2021. Ben also served as the Senior Operations, Out of London, at Wahaca from August 2019 to August 2020 and as the Head Of Operations at Red's True Barbecue from January 2018 to July 2019. Ben Rushworth had significant roles at the Jamie Oliver Restaurant Group, including Regional Operations Manager from January 2015 to December 2017, Area Manager from January 2013 to January 2015, and General Manager from March 2010 to December 2013. Ben started their career as a Manager at Bella Italia from January 2000 to January 2005, and also worked as a Bar Manager at TGI Fridays from January 2005 to January 2008. Prior to their current role, they served as a Restaurant and Bar Manager at Living Room from January 2008 to January 2010.

Ben Rushworth attended Leeds Beckett University from 2000 to 2004, where they pursued a degree in International Hospitality Business Management. During this time, their field of study focused on business, management, marketing, and related support services.
