Darren Hicks

Darren Hicks has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Darren started their career as a Navy SEAL Operator in the United States Navy from 1997 to 2005. After leaving the military, they joined Hicks Professional Group (HPG) in 2006 as a Technical Recruiter, where they successfully recruited and placed technology professionals for various clients. In 2007, they took on the role of Account Manager/Business Development, where they reorganized the sales team and drove new client engagements. Later, they became the CEO of HPG, assuming a leadership and ownership role. In 2013, they became a Member of the Board of Advisors for Bullseye, a training center and retail store focused on firearms and accessories. In 2016, they were chosen to represent Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise businesses in California as part of the Advisory Council for the California Department of Veterans Affairs.

Darren Hicks obtained a BA in Journalism from the University of Nevada, Reno, completing their studies from 1992 to 1996. Before that, between 1988 and 1991, they attended Rowmark Ski Academy, but did not acquire a degree or major in any specific field.
