Rani is the President and Co-Founder of HiCounselor. Prior to HiCounselor, Rani served as a technology executive and a Workforce Management industry expert advising and building technology solutions for most Fortune 500 companies around the globe. Rani is passionate about technology and using it to solve real business problems. Rani has a Mechanical Engineering degree from France and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management in Chicago.
