Carolina Ruiz

Carolina studied Business Administration at Universidad de los Andes (Colombia), where she worked as Undergraduate Assistant and Junior Consultant at the Management Department, collaborating with the process that got the department its third accreditation.

She has also worked as a consultant and project director for the insurance sector and in renowned companies such as Santander Investment Valores and Microsoft de Colombia.

She has broad experience in consulting and project manager. In the year 2010 she joined HiCue Speakers as Operations Manager and in 2013 was promoted to Operations Director. In 2018 she joined the team as Senior Partner for France and Europe.
