Geraldine Miller

Geraldine Miller has a wealth of experience in quality management systems and supply chain management. Geraldine started their career at Dell as a Project Manager in 1997 and then moved on to SigmaTel as a Process Improvement Manager. Geraldine later worked at SigmaTel Inc. as a Supply Chain Manager and then at PracticeIT as a Supply Chain Manager. Geraldine continued their career at MAXIMUS as a QA Manager before joining National Oilwell Varco as a Quality Engineer. Geraldine then served as the Global QMS Manager at DistirbutionNOW (formerly NOV Wilson) before joining HID Global. At HID Global, Geraldine held several roles including Global Quality System Management Lead, Sr. Manager of Global Quality Management Systems, and currently serves as the Head of Global Quality Systems.

Geraldine Miller obtained a Bachelor's degree in Health Care Administration from Concordia University Texas in the year 2010. Geraldine also holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of the Incarnate Word. Additionally, they have obtained various certifications including Certified Quality Management System Lead Auditor from Exemplar Global, Inc. in July 2020, Certified SAFe® 5 Agilist from Scaled Agile, Inc. in 2020, Certified Business Continuity Professional (CBCP) from The National Institute for Business Continuity Management in 2020, Certified Quality Auditor from the American Society for Quality, Certified Quality Systems Lead Auditor from Exemplar Global, Inc., and Project Management Professional from the Project Management Institute.
